This is an Instagram Reel that I created based on a popular TikTok trend. It relates to our young audience and meets them where they are.

Highlights: This reel had a lower skip rate and a higher views over time than our average. It also received over 1,600 views across Instagram and Facebook.

Caption: “Our new model unit is so fresh and so clean!🤩✨Come take a tour at UC and see your future home for yourself! 🏠💛”

This is a feed post that is aimed at promoting our new model unit. It highlights some of the most eye-catching features that we focus on during a tour.

Highlights: This post gained almost 4,000 views on Instagram and 90 interactions. It also led to 13 profile visits, which means more eyes on our page!

Caption: “This is a gentle reminder not to park in covered spots! 🚗🚫If it has a number, it has been assigned to a resident!

P.S. If you haven’t picked up a parking pass for the year, stop by the office, and we will help you out! 😁”

This is a playful video I made to remind residents where not to park. It was a creative and funny way to get our message across.

Highlights: This reel had a lower skip rate than our average, and it was shared seven times. It also received over 2,500 views across Instagram and Facebook.

Caption: “Happy Friendsgiving! 🥡🥰 We hope you all enjoyed the free Panda Express! We are so thankful for our residents, and we hope you all have a great fall break! ❤️”

This is a feed post showcasing the high turnout we had for our UC Friendsgiving resident event. It was a chance for us to thank everyone who came and wish our residents a good fall break.

Highlights: This post gained almost 4,000 views on Instagram and over 100 interactions. It also had much higher views over time than our average post.

Caption: “We’ll be missing you all over fall break! 🥹❤️ Here are some snapshots of what you’ll be leaving behind! Drive safe, and we can’t wait to see you again! 🫶”

This feed post uses some of the film photographs that my manager took around the property. It was an artsy way to show off the best angles at UC.

Highlights: This post gained just under 5,000 views across platforms and over 100 interactions. It was also shared ten times, which led to higher views over time.
