I have worked in the student housing industry in Pullman, WA, for over two years. My first role was as a Leasing & Community Assistant at College Crest Apartments. Here, I engaged with prospective residents, managed and created content for social media platforms, produced weekly leasing reports, and delivered excellent front-facing customer service. In July 2025, I transitioned to a position as a Leasing Manager at University Crossing. In this role, I supervise and motivate a team of community assistants, oversee daily leasing operations, strategize outreach efforts, and support engagement initiatives and resident events.

These roles have enhanced my ability to compare market trends and draw actionable insights. They have also sharpened my skills in managing social media accounts and executing campaigns that drive leasing and resident engagement. In the last two years, I have developed a strong background in customer service, event planning, and cross-team collaboration.
